Now a days "Outsourcing" is a popular word all over the word. When i ask a man what do you do ? He answer me, he do outsource. But Most of  the people aren't knowing what is Outsourcing? Somebody tell me that he work with online then i ask him, what work do you do then he answer me he do pay per click work. But pay per click isn't outsourcing work. Pay per click work is a dangerous for our IT people. When you will doing ppc work just you click an add and you will showing 30 second add then you will paid. It's do damage our brain. If i click an add and get some money then i don't want learn others IT sectors work. For this reason, i can do others work with online that is relation with IT.  So, now i will tell you about

Outsourcing is a common word. When i have done a work and i have get money it's outsourcing. “Outsource” that means freedom. Anytime we can do work with our freedom. Now a days most of the people work with some outsourcing site in online all over the world . Which site have you seen? freelancer, odesk, elance.
