How to open a Blog with Blogger?

First you have create a gmail account and then you go google.com and put this address in google www.blogger.com. When you search this address google then you see this interface. 

Click blogger.com and sign in with your gmail account.

When you sign in your account then you see this interface.

Click new blog button then you see this interface. 

You will give a title and website name then you click create blog button. At last you have seen your own webite. After click create blog button you see this interface 

then you click view blog wen you click view blog then you will seeing your blog manually.
